Abstract
One of the leading indicators of social effectiveness of health care is "assessment, monitoring and analysis of social satisfaction of patients with medical care", reflecting "the degree of implementation of a personalized approach in the provision of medical care. Patient satisfaction from interaction with the health care system refers to the main characteristics of the quality of medical care, established by the professional community.
In the sociological research "Comparative analysis of consumer satisfaction with quality and accessibility of medical care in regional healthcare" participated 218 doctors from medical organizations of primary medical care of Saratov city and 312 doctors from medical organizations of primary medical care of districts of Saratov region. According to the results of the study negative phenomena in the activities of medical organizations, in which the respondents received medical care, were identified. In spite of the limitation of medical care accessibility for majority of respondents in the regional healthcare (absence of necessary specialists; insufficient technical equipment of medical organizations; high, which does not correspond to financial possibilities of patients, cost of medicines, queues) when estimating the satisfaction with medical care in medical organizations of the region most respondents positively estimated the quality and accessibility of medical care in different conditions of provision.
