The article covers the major causes of social maladjustment among 80 former sportsmen of game sport of higher qualification (first classes, sport master candidates, sport masters). The earlier period was considered as the time interval pending 5 years after termination of sport activities. In the study a special questionnaire was used to consider the characteristics of previous sport activities.
