Abstract
The article presents the results of a study conducted among residents of the Moscow region, which made it possible to identify their attitude to their own health, the level of satisfaction with the medical services they receive, the characteristics of medical behavior, as well as the experience of interacting with medical workers (primarily doctors), including conflict situations. It was found that a positive assessment of the quality of the medical services they receive prevails among patients, most of them prefer to receive information about diseases, methods of their treatment and medicines from medical workers, tend to trust doctors and follow their prescriptions. When patients have conflict situations, most often this happens with the receptionists and mainly due to the inability to get an appointment with a doctor. In conclusion, a social portrait of a typical consumer of medical services in the Moscow region is given.
