Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of digitalization of modern healthcare and the readiness of city hospital patients for the digital transformation of the system of doctor-patient relationship. The results of the survey indicate the desire of patients to receive medical care as much as possible in conditions of real contact with a doctor and a high level of patient confidence in the recommendations of the attending physician. In addition, 39% of the surveyed patients do not see prospects for improving the quality of medical care through the introduction of digital technologies in healthcare.
