The article is devoted to the Union “Healthy People” (UHP) that appeared in 2024 - the successor to the “Concept of Health Protection for Healthy People in the Russian Federation” published more than 20 years ago. Over the past years, it has not received worthy practical implementationThe purpose of the article – to consider the features of the new UHP, its goals and objectives in the context of today’s problems in the field of health, and, using the example of the UHP project “Health of Schoolchildren”, to assess the reality of the implementation of the assigned tasksThe significance of the UHP project “Health of Schoolchildren” is determined by the fact that the health of today’s adolescents is an indicator of tomorrow’s social and economic development of the country. Results - the leading health problems of schoolchildren are considered and ways to improve their health are outlined. The author's understanding of the relevance of increasing the level of education in the field of health for both adolescents and their parents is presented, using empirical data from the study “Digital Transformation in the Life of Students” (2023). Attention is focused on the problem of digital equipment in Russian schools, the consequences of this process and on a non-trivial solution to this problem abroad.Conclusion. The activities of the Union “Healthy People” have a progressive orientation and raise positive expectations. The success of the “Schoolchildren’s Health” project and the entire Union “Healthy People” depends on the effective interaction of the main participants in this process - the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Sports, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Education and Science - focused on improving the health of the Russian population
Статья посвящена появившемуся в 2024 году Союзу «Здоровье Здоровых» (СЗЗ) – правопреемнику опубликованной более 20 лет назад ««Концепции охраны здоровья здоровых в Российской Федерации». За прошедшие годы концепция не получила достойной практической реализации.
Цель статьи - рассмотреть особенности нового СЗЗ, его цели и задачи в контексте сегодняшних проблем в сфере здоровья, и на примере проекта СЗЗ «Здоровье школьников» оценить реальность осуществления поставленных задач. Значимость проекта СЗЗ «Здоровье школьников» обуславливается тем, что здоровье сегодняшних подростков – это индикатор завтрашнего социального и экономического развития страны. Результаты - рассмотрены ведущие проблемы здоровья школьников и намечены пути совершенствования их здоровья. Изложено авторское понимание актуальности повышения уровня образования в сфере здоровья, как подростков, так и их родителей, с использованием эмпирических данных исследования «Цифровая трансформация в жизни студенчества»(2023). Акцентировано внимание на проблеме цифровой оснащенности российских школ, последствиях этого процесса и на нетривиальном решении этой проблемы за рубежом.
Заключение. Деятельность Союза «Здоровье Здоровых» имеет прогрессивную направленность и вызывает позитивные ожидания. Успешность работы проекта «Здоровье школьников» и всего Союза «Здоровье Здоровых» зависит от эффективного взаимодействия основных участников этого процесса – Министерства здравоохранения, Министерства спорта, Министерства просвещения и Министерства науки и образования – ориентированных на улучшение состояния здоровья населения России.
