However, the effectiveness of digital solutions is largely determined by the organizational conditions of their implementation and use within the health care system.</p> <p><bold>AIM: </bold>This study aimed to study organizational technologies for digital support of patients with cardiovascular diseases and to assess their effectiveness from a health care organization perspective.</p> <p><bold>METHODS: </bold>A cross-sectional study was performed using organizational and managerial analysis. Regulatory and methodological documents, as well as the results of analysis of the activities of medical organizations implementing digital patient support technologies, were used. System analysis, structural and functional analysis, and process analytics were applied.</p> <p><bold>RESULTS: </bold>It was established that the effectiveness of digital support increases in the presence of regulated information exchange, clear distribution of responsibilities, and integration of digital data into decision-making processes. Improvements in continuity of care, reduction in the frequency of unplanned visits, and increased patient adherence to medical recommendations were observed. The results confirm that digital support should be considered an organizational technology rather than solely a technical tool. The absence of a managed model and regulations for information exchange limits the practical effectiveness of digitalization.</p> <p><bold>CONCLUSION: </bold>Digital support of patients with cardiovascular diseases is an effective element of health care organization, provided its systematic implementation and integration into the health care management system.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Обоснование. </bold>Цифровое сопровождение пациентов с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями рассматривается как одно из направлений повышения преемственности медицинской помощи и управляемости лечебного процесса. Вместе с тем эффективность цифровых решений во многом определяется организационными условиями их внедрения и использования в системе здравоохранения.</p> <p><bold>Цель исследования. </bold>Изучить организационные технологии цифрового сопровождения пациентов с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями и оценить их эффективность с позиций организации здравоохранения.</p> <p><bold>Методы. </bold>Выполнено одномоментное исследование с применением организационно-управленческого анализа. Использованы нормативные и методические документы, а также результаты анализа деятельности медицинских организаций, внедряющих технологии цифрового сопровождения пациентов. Применены методы системного, структурно-функционального анализа и процессной аналитики.</p> <p><bold>Результаты. </bold>Установлено, что эффективность цифрового сопровождения возрастает при наличии регламентированного информационного обмена, чёткого распределения ответственности и интеграции цифровых данных в процессы принятия управленческих решений. Отмечены улучшение преемственности медицинской помощи, снижение частоты внеплановых обращений и повышение приверженности пациентов выполнению медицинских рекомендаций. Полученные результаты подтверждают, что цифровое сопровождение целесообразно рассматривать как организационную технологию, а не исключительно как технический инструмент.
