The training should emphasize conditions as tension headache, migraine, dizziness, dorsopathy, neuropathy, chronic cerebrovascular disease (including vascular cognitive impairment), and acute cerebral circulatory failure. Required knowledge should encompass diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of these conditions. Essential practical skills include assessing motor function (coordination, muscle strength, tendon and pathological reflexes), evaluating tactile and pain sensitivity, and examining meningeal symptoms.</p> <p>CONCLUSION: A general practitioner’s knowledge and practical skills in neurology in outpatient settings should enable them to diagnose, treat, and prevent common nervous system diseases with stable or mild-to-moderate courses.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Обоснование. Знания и практические навыки врача общей практики в области неврологии должны обеспечивать возможность диагностики, лечения и профилактики в амбулаторных условиях распространённых заболеваний нервной системы, которые имеют стабильное течение или протекают в лёгкой или средней форме.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>general practitioner</kwd><kwd>general medical practice</kwd><kwd>primary healthcare</kwd><kwd>neurology</kwd><kwd>competencies</kwd><kwd>knowledge</kwd><kwd>practical skills</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>врач общей практики</kwd><kwd>общая врачебная практика</kwd><kwd>первичная медико-санитарная помощь</kwd><kwd>неврология</kwd><kwd>компетенции</kwd><kwd>знания</kwd><kwd>практические навыки</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Shastin AS, Malykh OL, Gazimova VG, et al.
