The approach intends to consider number of objective factors of clinical activity, specifically dynamic and technological character of modern medicine and subjective attitudes, internal dispositions of physicians and patient concerning particular types of communication resulting in alterations of subject-object positions of parties. The attention is paid to professionalism of physician related to development of most acceptable relationships with patient on the basis of complex of clinical, psychological and ethical factors of medical activity.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассматриваются этические особенности взаимодействия врача и пациента в зависимости от модели их отношений. Это предполагает учет ряда объективных факторов клинической деятельности, в частности динамичный и технологичный характер современной медицины и субъективных установок, внутренних диспозиций врача и пациента на формирование определенного типа общения, в результате чего субъектно-объектные позиции сторон могут меняться.
